- Toni Twist – Owner Founder and Qualified trainer (Puppy Life Skills, University of Lincoln; Toni has attended and passed the APDT Advanced dog training instructor course and am working towards full membership )
- Brian Holmes – Qualified trainer (Accredited by the Professional Association of Canine Trainers (PACT) and by the ABTC as an Accredited Animal Training Instructor and behaviourist (MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour, Provisional member of the APBC)
- Jenny Roffey – Dog carer, driver and campus housekeeper
All team members are certified in First Aid and CPR for Dogs. The team are encouraged to constantly improve their knowledge on dogs by attending workshops, seminars and conferences, on many areas of dog training and behaviour, but specialising in managing social interactivity, excitement and arousal.
